Association Complaint Procedures
Pursuant to Chapter 29 of Title 55 of the Code of Virginia, the Board of Directors (Board) of the Cedar Ridge Property Owners Association (Association) has established procedures for property owners who wish to file written complaints with the Association regarding the action, inaction or decision by the Board which is inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations.
Property owner shall complete and file the Association Complaint Form which is available from the Secretary of the Association.
The Board will review the complaint within 30 days following the receipt of the Association Complaint Form.
The Board will render its decision concerning the complaint and notify the property owner of its decision by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested.
